Navy flares

I've really been into hats lately. No, SERIOUSLY into them. Probably because of the single digit temps in Atlanta and having no hair. I've come to love them as only my mom (the "hat lady") would (as seen here, here, and here). I'm loving this monochromatic navy look…with just a pop of color.
